Last night Mia Pfirrman and Taylor Phelan of Team Adam were eliminated from the competition. Adam Levine chose to save Chris Jamison over Pfirrman and Phelan while America saved Damien and Matt McAndrew.

One reaction to the loss of Pfirrman was extremely intense from Levine's former contestant Grimmie. She is absolutely livid that Levine did not save Pfirrman. Take a look at her tweets below.

Pfirrman isn't all that upset she wasn't saved. Her reaction on Twitter showed such humbleness. Take a look below.

Phelan also expressed plenty of gratitude for the experience. He said he and his family are "truly grateful" for all the support. Team Blake lost James David Carter and Taylor Brashears. Carter shared some words of wisdom on Twitter, which can be seen below.

Brashears, meanwhile, said she hopes everyone will "still follow" her musical journey and Carter's musical journey too. Team Pharrell parted ways with Elyjuh Rene and Jean Kelley. Rene shared his thankfulness over Twitter. Kelley did too and she claims the support she's shown is "humbling & so very appreciated." You can see her full tweet below.

Lastly, Team Gwen said goodbye to Bryana Salaz and Ricky Manning. Salaz had quite the emotional night, tweeting over and over again about crying.

Salaz even got to meet Camila Cabello, Dinah Jane Hansen and Normani Kordei Hamilton of Fifth Harmony.

Manning also tweeted plenty about his experience on the show, giving a "special thank you" to Pharrell Williams and Gwen Stefani.

Are you surprised these eight contestants were sent home?
