Is trouble brewing between Tris and Four in the next Divergent movie? It seems like the thoughts that are haunting the main heroine could push her to the arms of a newly added character in the movie.

Shailene Woodley 'Felt Like Spider-Man' During 'Insurgent' Stunts

While the first teaser for Insurgent didn't show much, it did allow fans a glimpse into the mind of Tris (Shailene Woodley) and the trouble she was dealing with after the end of Divergent. She is grappling with the death of her mother and wants to find some sort of solace and answers for the guilt.

Four (Theo James) is most likely not going to come outright and be against her dealing with this, but could her focus on the past anger him as they try to move forward with their overarching goal? It is possible and this could be how the new love interest works in.

Shailene Woodley's Tris To Be Dealing With Massive Fear In 'Insurgent'

There have been rumors that Jonny Weston's Edgar could be a possible second love interest for Tris and maybe this is because he understands what she is going through and is more helpful than Four.

While Four and Tris may not have immediate problems, they could have a rift due to her trying to go back to her past too much and focuses on this moment. Edgar may realize this and be more adept to help her as he could possibly be dealing with a similar case and has some solutions.

This would push Tris more to Edgar and possibly cause tension between her and Four and establish the rumored love triangle that is entering the series.

Insurgent also stars Miles Teller and Ansel Elgort and opens on March 20, 2015.
