Upon becoming the 1st ever Olympic athlete to duplicate a gold medal in the 200-meter event, Usain Bolt decided it was also time to get in a controversial payback pot shot on legendary American sprinting athlete Carl Lewis.

While recently being queried about the greatest sprinters of all time, which included Jesse Owens and Carl Lewis, Bolt came out with the following, according to the LA Times:

"I'm going to get controversial," Bolt stated.

"Carl Lewis, I have no respect for him. The things he says about the track athletes are very downgrading. I think he's just looking for attention because nobody really talks about him," Bolt continued his rant.

"I've lost all respect for him. All respect," he added.

When questioned further as to why he felt that way about Lewis, the Jamaican speedster went on to confirm it.

"All drug stuff," he said.

Lewis had reportedly irked the Jamaican when he brought Bolt's incredible improvement at the 2008 Beijing Olympics into question, as the superstar athlete had stunningly went from doing 10.03 seconds to 9.69 later in that same year.

A star in his own right, Lewis had previously made the following remarks in an interview in 2008 regarding his doping suspicions, which seems to have been aimed at Bolt, according to the online news publication:

"If you don't question that in a sport that has the reputation it has right now, you're a fool, Period," Lewis had said in "08."

In response to the comment itself, Bolt lashed out yet again on the matter:

"It's really amazing when people talk stupid stuff," he said.

"Lewis, nobody remembers who he is .... We [the Jamaicans] work hard, we push ourselves to the limit. I shouldn't even have to respond to that," Bolt continued.

Never mind going for the gold. Looks like Usain Bolt is now going for Carl Lewis' jugular!
