It seems like the cat is out of the bag, Frozen 2 could be coming to theaters a lot sooner than originally anticipated, or at least according to Queen Elsa herself.

Recent Crazy Toy Sales Show That 'Frozen' Is More Popular Than Ever

In an interview with The Telegraph on Friday, Idina Menzel, who voices Elsa in the Disney hit Frozen, talked about the future of the franchise and whether fans would get a chance to see the group again soon in another feature film.

"They're all in the works," she said concerning both a movie sequel and a Broadway adaptation of the film.

Could The Plot Of 'Frozen Fever' Lead Into The Sequel?

As for her joining in for the stage show, Menzel was noncommittal, but was completely ready to jump on board for another movie.

"Not the stage show - I don't know what will happen with that - but the movie, hopefully," she said. "We'll see. I'm just going along for the ride."

There have been rumors since the first film's popularity hit a high about the prospects of a second movie, but Disney so far has yet to announce anything that is definite. Instead, the company announced two new original animated films that are slated to come out in the next two years.

But with the growing popularity of the movie, and the fact that the merchandise is selling out everywhere, it is tough to ignore the cries for another film for too long and with the cast re-assembling for a short film next year, it seems like they would all be on board for another trip to Arendelle.
