Cycle 21 of America's Next Top Model is winding down and the final four contestants opened up about their experiences in this competition thus far.

Top 5 Things Learned From The 'America's Next Top Model' Series, Including, How To 'Smize'

There are only four contestants still standing in the latest cycle of the series; three guys and one girl.

Adam Smith, Keith Carlos, Will Jardell and Lenox Tillman opened up in a couple of behind-the-scenes videos while on a photo shoot for Nylon that The CW Television Network uploaded to their YouTube Channel on Monday.

Cycle 21 Of 'America's Next Top Model' Means Changes

Carlos opens up in the first video by sharing the three things he has learned during this whirlwind experience known as America's Next Top Model. He said, "One, you have to take every critique, positive and negative, and treat them the same so you can apply it to your daily regimen of modeling." Next, he shared, knowing your angles are extremely important when modeling. He said you have to know them in order to hit your lighting right and to show off your strongest pose and features. He concluded, "Three, I'd say, you have to be comfortable in your own skin. And you have to be comfortable with all kinds of designers and all kinds of clothing and you have to portray whatever character or theme that the stylist and photographer want you to portray."

Tillman shared the experience is "not that bad" and "you'll get through it." She also said it's important not to stop. She said, "Things will get tough sometimes. It's inevitable, but just keep going. It's worth it."

Smith said, "Raw talent can come out of anywhere." He said he has learned a lot in a short amount of time and that "sometimes experience isn't all that matters."

Jardell shared he has learned how to be confident in himself. He further explained that it "sounds so cliché, but it breaks you down all the way to your core and then builds you back up with a new level of confidence and that's one thing that I've learned." He also shared he has learned to work his angles better just like Carlos said. He also mentioned receiving constructive criticism and working on not getting frustrated from the comments, but "taking it and using it" to make himself do better.

The four contestants in the second video touched on how they're mentally preparing for this stage in the competition. Carlos claimed he is mentally prepared already. He said, "I feel I've been beat up when I first started off and I feel up until now I'm mentally stable and prepared and pretty much ready for anything at this point."

Tillman said she wasn't sure how to mentally prepare. She said she has to "let it just be." She believes if she deserves it she will get it.

Smith's plan is to just stay relaxed and confident. He said, "Today feels a little more natural. We're not doing any crazy poses. Very simple; it's all about the clothes."

Jardell shared, "I think after Tyra said 'You're the final four,' it was like now just enjoy it. Have fun with it. You've made it all the way to the very end. There's no reason to be stressed out. There's no reason to be nervous. It's out of your hands. Just do your best."

Both videos can be seen below in their entirety so check out what else the final four shared.

Don't miss the two-hour season finale this Friday, Dec. 5, starting at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
