They met at the hospital and bonded over their mutual love for a certain band, but Theresa (Jen Lilley) is soon going to realize that she shouldn't be striking up any relationship with her newest friend in Salem on Days of Our Lives.

Melanie's Secret Finally Revealed

She and Melanie (Molly Burnett) had bumped into one another at the hospital, and their initially awkward and hostile exchange ended when they realized they both liked the same band-but neither one sought the other's identity. However, Theresa will now learn who Melanie is-and as a result, any chance at a friendship the two women had will go completely out the window.

The two women are going to have a hard time getting along because of the shared histories with Brady (Eric Martsolf). Melanie and Brady have always been close, and Mel was appalled to learn that the woman who had enabled him in his addictions to drugs and alcohol had also tried pretending she was pregnant-meaning when she realized Theresa was that woman, she will immediately come to Brady's defense and cast her aside.

Melanie's Enemies Catch Up With Her

However, Melanie's own secrets almost nearly threatened her return to Salem after two thugs from Europe showed up and tracked her down in the park. She was rescued from harm by Brady, Daniel (Shawn Christian) and Nicole (Arianne Zucker), but the truth about why she was being followed and chased was revealed-she had been caught counting cards at the thugs' casino, and continually robbed the establishment until she had gotten $70,000 from them.

After she returned the money they left-and thankfully her loved ones forgave her for her actions. However, the truth about her identity won't work for her when it comes to Theresa.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m.
