Many fans believed the midseason premiere would feature the return of Felicia Day's Charlie Bradbury in "No Place Like Home," but the series' will instead focus the story line squarely on Dean's (Jensen Ackles) latest confrontation with the Mark of Cain.

"'There's No Place Like Home' will air Jan 27 th," explained producer Todd Aronauer. "'The Hunter Games' will air Jan 20th. We shot them out of order."

Supernatural released a multi-episode promo following the devastating end of "The Things We Left Behind," and fans should be aware that while Day is not appearing in the Jan. 20 episode, it is still unknown if Curtis Armstrong (Metatron) will feature in "The Hunter Games."

It is known, however, that the Winchesters will bring Metatron down to the Men of Letters bunker. It remains to be seen whether or not that is a good idea.
