Buddy TV shared the first look of Ana Ortiz in Covert Affairs on Monday. The actress who is known from Ugly Betty and more recently as an academic turned maid society woman on Devious Maids, will portray a political advisor on Capitol Hill.
Her character is names Karen Coughlin, but she is better known in political circles as "the wolf in chic clothing."

Covert Affairs follows a young CIA operative/trainee, Annie Walker, that is sent into the field to work for the DPD (Domestic Protection Division). Auggie Anderson is a blind tech operative, and is Walker's guide in her new life in the CIA. Walker's cover story is that she works at the Smithsonian Museum, according to IMDb.
