Not so great news for Love & Hip Hop Atlanta breakout star Stevie J as he prepares to check into rehab.

The outspoken reality star failed nearly a dozen drug tests earlier this week. He tested positive for cocaine, marijuana and a number of drugs Page Six reported on Monday. The tests took place between June and December. He has been ordered to receive inpatient treatment for 30 days a rehab center. But Stevie J is not going down without a fight.

His lawyer Michael Bellinger has made it clear that Stevie J checking into rehab would not be the best move for him.

He said, "If he's in inpatient he can't support his family."

Still, the presiding Judge Andrew Peck agreed with prosecutors and reprimanded Stevie J.

"I would be sorely tempted to revoke bail at this stage," he said before ordering Stevie J back to jail. It is not clear when his rehab treatment will begin.

This is not the first time Stevie J has been in trouble with the law recently. Just this summer police escorted him out of his Atlanta mansion after it was dissevered he owed more than $1 million in back child support for his 17-year-old son and daughter, 15, who live in Pennsylvania with their mother. He was released after he coughed up a bail of $25,000.

Stevie J currently stars in VH1's hit series Love & Hip Hop Atlanta. He and his wife Joseline Hernandez were involved in a major brawl that broke out on the reunion special after his former friend Benzino, accused of using cocaine.
