The 16 & Pregnant star, who is around three months into her third pregnancy, shared a photo of herself with fans on Saturday. In the photo, the reality star was seen wearing a hospital gown.

"This hospital underwear is pretty damn sexy," Paulun wrote on Instagram. Then, on Monday morning, Paulun surfaced on Twitter, where she told fans of her ultrasound appointment. "So excited to see how big my peanut has gotten!" she wrote.

One month after her pregnancy was announced, Paulun and her child's father, Ryan, parted ways. Although the reality star appeared to be excited to be starting a family with Ryan at the time, things quickly went south, and now, the pair aren't even in contact.

"I stopped talking to Ryan, he's an abusive alcoholic and I'm embarrassed to even admit that I was with someone like that," Paulun alleged. "This baby made me stop partying, I quit smoking cigarettes, I left a toxic situation, I re-enrolled in school, I found a better place to live that fits me Lyle and the baby, I got a part time job to make extra money."

In regard to why she was hospitalized, Paulun explained on Facebook, "Baby is perfectly fine I've just been puking all day & am super dehydrated. Not sure if I'm sick or if it's just pregnancy but either way I needed fluids & meds."
