It's hard to believe, but there's a new report that suggests The Bachelorette stars Andi Dorfman and Josh Murray might have called it quits several months ago. Despite making several red carpet appearances and sharing plenty of "in love" photos on their social media accounts, a new report says that the reality television couple might have been faking their relationship this entire time.

Andi Dorfman Has A Very Special Message For Her Fans On Christmas

According to In Touch Weekly's print edition this week (via Gossip Cop), Dorfman and Murray have supposedly been "living a lie" this entire time in order to help boost their celebrity profiles.

A source told the mag, "They were living a lie for a long time. When they got back home [to Atlanta] the day after the 'Bachelor' premiere, it was clear things were over."

What's more, the source also says that Murray was supposedly very "bitter" and "controlling" over their relationship and that Dorfman knew "for a while it wasn't working."

The insider added, "When he proposed, he thought they were going to stay in Georgia and have babies and be near his family. He didn't know she wanted to move to L.A. He feels like Andi wanted that life more than him. He's really, really upset. They just couldn't pretend anymore."

According to Gossip Cop though, the story has been totally fabricated as Murray himself set the record straight, telling the site that they just ended their relationship now, and not several months ago.

Still, neither Dorfman nor Murray have revealed why they decided to end their engagement and what went wrong. The couple got engaged on the season finale of The Bachelorette back in May.
