Olivia Wilde and Jason Sudeikis have listed their New York City apartment for sale, and it costs even more than one might expect.
According to Zillow last week, the couple have placed their well-located Manhattan apartment up for sale after only two years.
The couple have reportedly found a bigger place now that they have their 8-month-old son, Otis.
"They've moved on to a bigger place, and it's time to sell," said listing agent Ann Cutbill Lenane of Douglas Elliman.
The couple is reportedly asking $3.996 million for the unit which is "a corner apartment with a lot of light and ceilings that are 12 or 13 feet high," according to Lenane.
"It's in an incredibly hip location in the Meatpacking District, but it does have a doorman, which a lot of the buildings don't have," she said.
The home is 1,670 square feet with two bedroom, two-and-a-half baths and a corner master bedroom with a walk-in closet. The master bathroom features a double sink, tub and separate shower.
The kitchen is updated with Viking appliances, custom Italian cabinets and a double pantry. Records show that the couple originally paid $3.225 million in late 2012 for the apartment, and could potentially make a profit on the property.
Sudeikis starred in Horrible Bosses 2 and Wilde recently appeared in Glamour Magazine breastfeeding Otis.
