Joseline Hernandez Reportedly Suspended From 'LHHATL' 'Won't Be Paid'

He took to his Instagram Wednesday just hours after being released. He was set to clear the air and explain why he was taken into custody after a loaded gun was found in his luggage while he attempted to go through a security checkpoint at the Atlanta International Airport Tuesday night.

He wrote in part, "It was an honest mistake, The gun is registered in my name, it's a misdemeanor charge and will be dismissed when I go to court, 137 people were charged with the same thing last year, 26 so far this year, the business men, a 90 year old woman, college students and more, ALL RACES."

He went on to admit he regrets not double checking his bag but also made it clear that he was not charged with a felony. He ended his rant and said he will not stop buying guns.

Acording to TMZ Wednesday, Benzino attempted to put his bag through security. But a TSA employee ended up rummaging through it after being a little suspicious. His intuition was correct as a 9 millimeter firearm was found inside of a magazine. It contained 7 rounds inside.

He was heading to Los Angeles but was arrested and taken to an Atlanta jail instead. He has been released on a $3,000 bail.

Benzino starred in VH1's Love & Hip Hop Atlanta but was recently fired from the series after an intense brawl with his cast mate and former friend Stevie J.
