It seemed like Michael (Chad Duell) was willing to work towards forgiving Sonny (Maurice Benard) for AJ's murder, but any strides toward burying the hatchet may have officially been destroyed on General Hospital.

Obrecht Provides Unexpected Answers About Fluke

Sonny's heroic actions of yanking the bomb from Michael's hands and jumping off of the Haunted Star with it, saving the lives of everyone aboard, started putting some sympathetic feelings back into Michael. And though he was initially still hesitant to see the man who raised him, he eventually made his way to the hospital and was having a genuine conversation with him again when it was interrupted by Ivy (Kelly Frye)-who came with a huge thank you for her life being saved.

As it turned out, Ivy happened to be the Governor's daughter-and as a thank you to Sonny saving her life and the lives of everyone else aboard the ship, his life sentence for murdering Michael's biological father has been pardoned. And though Michael was initially seeming willing to forgive, the news that Sonny will no longer have to face the consequences of his crime could serve to bring his anger and resentment right back-and all hopes he would forgive Sonny in time may once again be off.

Sonny Becomes A Hero

"How the hell did you pull this off?" Michael demands in a preview clip for the Monday, Feb. 9 episode.

Meanwhile, it appears the answers that have been sought concerning Fluke's identity have been granted-after tests on the remains found at the old Spencer house proved to be those of Bill Eckert, and Fluke's fingerprints matched Luke's (Anthony Geary) in the police records database. Now, Lulu (Emmee Rylan) will seek answers as to why her father may have been teaming up with Helena Cassadine (Constance Towers)-and tried to kill her and everyone else he loved.

"We need to find out what's going on with my dad," she says to Nathan (Ryan Paevy) and Tracy (Jane Elliot) in the clip.

General Hospital airs Monday-Friday at 3 p.m. on ABC.
