No one is happy with how Rick (Jacob Young) is leading Forrester, and his poor leadership could lead to more than one plan to kick him out and take over the company on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Liam Convinces Steffy To Join His Plot

The Spencer men are already in the midst of plotting their own takeover of the company, and have already successfully completed an early step by getting Wyatt (Darin Brooks) his job back so he can spy from the inside and feed information back to Bill (Don Diamont) and Liam (Scott Clifton). However, their plan has stalled a bit on another important beginning step-convincing Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) to sell her shares of the company to them.

Now, Liam continues to worry that he won't be able to convince Steffy to cooperate, because she confessed to still loving him-and told him it wouldn't be easy for her to work alongside him because she knows he is now in love with Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer).

Wyatt Teams Up With Liam and Bill

"She says she can't go through with this, she can't run Forrester side by side with me as long as all we are to each other is co-workers," Liam tells Bill in a preview clip for the Friday, Feb. 13 episode.

However, Bill will remain confident that the plan will work, especially after Steffy realizes just how badly Rick needs to be removed from power.

"Once Steffy sees what's going on at that company, it's not going to take much to convince her to fix it," Bill says.

And while Bill is right, he could be wrong about Steffy joining their plot-as witnessing both Rick's poor leadership and obsession with turning Maya (Karla Mosley) into the new family matriarch, as well as her father, Ridge's (Thorsten Kaye) relationship with Caroline (Linsey Godfrey), who is Steffy's age, has turned her stomach. And now, with all those things in mind, she could admit to Ivy that she is ready to forge a takeover plan of her very own.

"It's their relationship that's ridiculous," she says in the clip. "If anything, that encourages me to go for the takeover."

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
