While Halle Berry is known as a heartthrob and sex symbol in Hollywood, she has confessed that she feels pressure to alter her look via plastic surgery.

The mom of two maintained that she hasn't gone under the knife for cosmetic alterations yet, but that doesn't mean she's not tempted.

"It's pressure. When you see everybody around you doing it, you have those moments when you think, 'To stay alive in this business, do I need to do the samething?' She dished to Yahoo! Editor-in-chief and makeup expert Bobbi Brown on Saturday. "I won't lie and tell you that those things don't cross my mind, because somebody is always suggesting it to me. It's almost like crack that people are trying to push on you. That's what I feel like."

Still, she said she has no problem in keeping in mind that she is a natural beauty that is bound to age, just like everyone else will.

"That's going to happen to all of us."

She insisted that she doesn't want to deviate from her look, even if it does become an older one in the future.

The Monster Ball actress went on to credit the likes of 77-year-old Jane Fonda for keeping up her beauty with age.

"I don't know what she has or hasn't done, but she looks beautiful as she's going about her way."

She also said Dorothy Dandridge is her "beauty icon" while Lena Horn is a role model for her as well.
