Lisa Vanderpump spoke of Stassi Schoeder during Monday night's Last Call.

Will There Be A Fourth Season Of 'Vanderpump Rules?'

Following the Vanderpump Rules season three finale, Vanderpump sat down for the aftershow, where she discussed her disappointment in former employee Schroeder.

"I don't want to see her cut everybody out of her life," Vanderpump explained on Monday. "With Stassi, there are no shades of grey. Everything is black and white, and she's so radical. She's not upset with somebody, she wants to drag them through the streets by their hair. Life is not like that."

Tension between Vanderpump and Schroeder began after filming on season two. Once production wrapped, Schroeder left SUR, without so much as a good-bye, and moved to New York City to be with her boyfriend. When she returned, Vanderpump was expecting an apology, but Schroeder didn't feel she had done anything wrong.

Then, during season three, the pair had words after Vanderpump suggested Schroeder stop ignoring her former best friend, Katie Maloney. In response to her former boss' advice, Schroeder accused Vanderpump of siding with those she can manipulate.

They also feuded during the finale episode when Schroeder left Vanderpump's SUR party after she saw her ex-boyfriend Jax Taylor. According to Vanderpump, Schroeder was acting like a "baby" by running from her problems.
