The prosecutors involved in the Aaron Hernandez murder trial have called a new witness to the stands to prove that the formal NFL star is linked to murder of his friend Odin Lloyd.

Aaron Hernandez's Fiance Testifies In Court About The Murder Case

Jennifer Fortier, 28, was called to the witness stand on Monday to testify that she saw Hernandez, his finance, Shayanna Jenkins, Ernest Wallace and Carlos Ortiz just hours before the shooting.

On Monday, The Hartford Courant reported that Hernadez and Jenkins called her around 4 p.m. on Father's Day, June 16, to babysit their infant daughter. Fortier said she arrived at the couple's home at 7:45 p.m. and she added the Jenkins and Hernandez left shortly after.

According to the witness, at around midnight, she was startled with she heard a knock at the door. She told the jury that she went to see who it was, and noticed that it was Bo (Wallace) in the front window.

She recognized Bo because he had been at the house when she was babysitting once before.

Fortier told the court that the two men appeared to be fine when asked about their sobriety and their current state during the time of the encounter.

According to the site, Fortier said that Jenkins and Hernandez arrived at 1 a.m. and then Hernandez, Wallace and Ortiz left shortly after.

Fortier stayed with Jenkins for about an hour and she said when she left around 2 a.m. the men had not returned.

The site reported that Fortier refused to make eye contact with the defendant during her time on the stand.

Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to the murder chargers and he currently remains in jail without bail.
