While rumors swirl of whether Love singer Keyshia Cole will reunite with her estranged husband, Daniel Gibson, she recently spoke out and cleared their air.

Fans were shocked to see Gibson, who goes by the nickname Booby, make an appearance at Cole's premiere for her newest BET reality series All In. Now a video has surfaced of what Cole had to say about Gibson supporting her.

She addressed the elephant in the room and said, "I know that you guys see Danny in here. This is really awkward. But it's reality. He's here as a friend. We're trying to figure things out. So it started very simply, with friendship."

She went on to share some of the details between she and Gibson, who she referred to as "my husband."

She confessed that she was misunderstood when fans saw her as "being mean to him."

"They never knew what happened in our relationship and I never really felt the need to discuss it until it's affecting my livelihood."

She said that this season fans will see her mature in dealing with her relationships, including the one with Gibson. The two have a child, Daniel Jr. together.

Since then, the two have battled it out on social media. But Gibson seemed to call a truce when he showed his wife via Instagram recently.
