They've been told to stay away from one another, but their refusal to do so and secret hopes that they may be able to reconnect after so many years will put Deacon (Sean Kanan) and Brooke (Katherine Kelly Lang) in danger when Quinn (Rena Sofer) learns about their feelings on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Quinn Threatens Brooke

Hope's parents were meeting secretly as one another's support systems for AA, but Quinn forbade it from happening again when she realized who her fiancé was spending time alone with. However, it hasn't stopped Brooke and Deacon from acknowledging that they do have feelings for one another again-and their secret is out now that Wyatt (Darin Brooks) has overheard them talking about it.

"You guys can pretend like nothing's going on, but I don't buy it," he says to them in a preview clip for the Friday, April 3 episode.

Quinn Learns The Truth About Deacon & Brooke

And because he is concerned that Deacon hurting his mother and reconnecting with Brooke could send her off the deep end again, he will make sure Quinn is in the loop of what's going on, to avoid any potential later surprises and hurt.

"She said there's a chance for them, that your engagement is the only thing that's stopping them," he says to Quinn in the clip. "And mom? Deacon said that he was going nuts thinking about it. His words."

But while Wyatt may just be trying to look out for his mother's heart and her fragile mental state, he could wind up unleashing her crazy side after all-and Brooke and Deacon could find themselves on Quinn's bad side very quickly as a result.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
