Fourty-four-year-old Richard Albright asked a Tampa federal judge to ban the high profile couple from Florida and even from being on television in The Sunshine State. Interestingly enough, Albright isn't even serving time in Florida but all the way on the East Coast in Pennsylvania, Tampa Bay Times reported April 9.

He penned a letter that reads, "I think it's safe to say we as a country are sick and tired of the Kardashians and most of all Kimberly and her self proclaimed best rapper rockstar on the planet, Kanye West."

He then called them out as "the worst pair of role models this world has seen."

Albright, who is behind bars after he didn't register as a sex offender, continued and wrote, "This task America has placed on your shoulders won't be an easy one, but we all have faith in your ability to get the job done. So, whatta say, make us all proud."

If you thought he just had a silly request, he actually got a response!

U.S. District Judge Charlene Edward Honeywell shut down his letter Wednesday because he didn't mention or prove that he is in any danger. He also failed to add in the filing fee.

But he isn't just picking on the Kardashian/Wests. He even asked a judge in Pittsburgh to stop airing The Bachelor because it doesn't show children moral values.
