K. Michelle, Memphitz 2015: Record Exec Comes For Singer On Instagram After Losing Case, 'I Know How You Won' [VIDEO]
Memphitz still has lots to say after he lost his defamation lawsuit against K. Michelle after she said he physically abused her; now he's released raw footage from their case!
K. Michelle made the life changing statements on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta back in 2012. While she never said his name, it was clear she was speaking of Memphitz when she said an ex dragged, kicked and abused her in a hotel room.
Memphitz then sued Viacom, Monami Entertainment and K. Michelle herself. It was reported over the weekend that he lost the case.

Now he's definitely on a journey to clear his name. K. Michelle once said that she had proof via text message that Memphitz hit her and even threatened to kill her son. But Memphitz uploaded raw footage of K. Michelle via Instagram Tuesday. She was at a deposition that took place on April 4, 2014. In the clip K. Michelle was questioned about if she could locate the text and she said, "No. I don't keep text messages. I have a life."

He continued to prove his point and shared a video from Love & Hip Hop Atlanta when K. Michelle said she had "every text message" to show Memphitz's threat against her son.

But he didn't end with the videos. He then went on a rant via Instagram and hoped to convince fans that he is innocent.
"For The Record. I NEVER ADMITTED to AnyThing regarding This Case, Because i DIDNT DO one thing I was accused of. I called the police, i filed the 4 year lawsuit. Never met the Judge. But i guess i look the part right?? We a Sad People. When its your son, brother, nephew or Father being lied on. Take it Like a Man. U Seem To Be Kool With It."
He included in the caption, "I Know how you won".
