For months, reports have claimed the Teen Mom 2 star is struggling with an addiction to prescription medication and headed to a treatment facility in the coming weeks, but according to her mother, Dawn Spears, there is no truth to the rumors.

“TRUE FANS listen up. Leah is NOT going to rehab lol. This is Momma Dawn and I 100% ASSURE you that Leah is NOT going to a DRUG REHAB," Spears wrote on Facebook on Monday. "Lots of LOVE to the true fans. all will come out on the upcoming show about Leah Dawn Calvert, Jeremy, Corey,Miranda, and the babies. But rest assure I HATE drugs don’t want association with them and wouldn’t NEVER Condone them.”

Last week, as rumors hit the web claiming Messer had been served with divorce papers in a Smith's parking lot in West Virginia, In Touch Weekly claimed the reality star was headed to rehab to address her struggles with pain killers.

“She won’t say she has a drug problem or needs rehab,” a source told the magazine. “She’s saying she’s going to go away to a ‘therapy intervention’ place for three or four weeks so she can find herself and help herself be a better person.”

"She has a problem," another source told In Touch. "And knows she has no other choice than to go to rehab immediately."

Leah Messer wil return to MTV for Teen Mom 2 season 6 later this year.
