Unfortunately, the young leader will hit a snag during the 20 episode season, a road bump which will strip him of his closest confidants.

"Scott's mentality has always been pack mentality, he wants to keep the pack together, he wants to keep his friends alive and that's it. It's just that easy; it's just that simple to him. It has to happen," Tyler Posey (Scott) informed Hollywood Life. "So, this season, it's going to be tested a little bit. His pack's going to be kind of ripped away, people are going to start to maybe turn on him. They will start to be ripped away from him and it's a very sad moment for him."

Derek may be a sourwolf but it sounds like Scott will be a sad little rain soaked puppy once his world starts to shatter. The major question that still remains, however, is why McCall's supernatural pals will lose faith in his leadership. We currently have no answers for this, but you can bet it has to do with the season's dominating baddies, The Doctors.
