Jeremy Calvert Shares Breakup Tweet With Fans

Although most reports claim the Teen Mom 2 couple is headed for divorce, Calvert appeared to hint at otherwise in a new tweet. Just after being accused of cheating on his wife, Calvert surfaced on Twitter where he told fans he was headed "home."

While Calvert's account has since been made private, the Inquisitr reported on Thursday that Calvert said he “can’t wait to go home.”

Earlier this month, Calvert shared a music video from Sam Hunt with fans on Twitter, telling followers the lyrics were "so damn true." 

"We just needed some time. She could get on with her life and I'd get on with mine," the musician sang. "Thought I would be fine, heh, but maybe not. I knew she'd find a way to get over me but I'd never thought that she would get down with someone I know. I guess that's just how it goes when you break up in a small town."

As fans will recall, Calvert accused wife Messer of cheating on him in October, alleging he caught her with her ex-boyfriend, Robbie Kidd (who she admitted to sleeping with hours before marrying first husband Corey Simms in an early season of Teen Mom 2).

Teen Mom 2 season 6 premieres on MTV on July 9 at 10 p.m.
