The third presidential debate will air on major television networks ABC, CBS, FOX, NBC and C-SPAN as well as by cable channels CNN, FOX News and MSNBC. It will also be available online on YouTube, AOL and C-SPAN which will provide live streams.

The debate will run for 90-minutes on six segments of 15-minutes each. The topics to be discussed on each segment will be:

-America's role in the world-Our longest war - Afghanistan and Pakistan-Red Lines - Israel and Iran-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - I-The Changing Middle East and the New Face of Terrorism - II-The Rise of China and Tomorrow's World

The candidates will most likely discuss Libya and Iran the most. Romney has criticized the President for being passive and have done little to stop Iran from building nuclear weapons while Obama says that the economic sanctions imposed to Iran have slowed it's nuclear ambitions.

On the second debate, Romney criticized Obama's handling of the September 11 attack to the U.S. Embassy in Libya saying that his administration failed to label it a "terrorist attack" until 14 days after it occurred. Obama said he referred to the attack as an "act of terror" the day following the event but that fact was later proved false.

One of the latest presidential poll show Romney ahead of Obama. As of Monday, Romney was leading the presidential race with 49 percent compared to 47 percent for Obama, according to the daily poll by Rasmussen.

The poll also showed 2 percent of voters supporting a third-party candidate and 2 percent still undecided.
