Fake Jack (Peter Bergman) will still be in the hospital and Victor (Eric Braeden) will continue his plans to forge the paperwork for the merger with Neil (Kristoff St. John) helping him.

Soaps reported that Neil and Victor would pressure Nikki (Melody Thomas Scott) to sign the merger contract. At first she will come off questioning its authenticity since she wasn't present for Jack or Victor signing it, but Neil and Victor will talk her into signing it.

In the sneak peek video clip below, Billy (Burgess Jenkins) and Victoria (Amelia Heinle) have their own discussion about the merger contract.

"I'm beginning to wonder if the damn thing was ever even signed," he tells Victoria, adding, "You might know something about it."

Also in the sneak peek clip, Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) and Ashley (Eileen Davidson) even discuss the merger, but their discussion isn't as pleasant since Phyllis accuses Ashley of wanting Jack out of the way so she can take over.

"Wouldn't it be sweet satisfaction for you to take the helm of CEO with Jack out of the way?" Phyllis asks Ashley with a lot of attitude.

Later on in the episode, Billy will point out amongst himself, Victoria, Ashley and Victor that the signature belonging to Jack on the merger contract that Victor has possession of is a forged signature.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
