Modern Family star Sarah Hyland seems to have gotten her life together after her break-up with Matt Prokop, but it appears that her ex is still in the dark place.

On Sunday, the actress's former boyfriend took to Twitter to write something that sounds awfully suspicious. There's no word if it's relating to Hyland or not, but it definitely looks possible. He quotes a song lyric from Ed Sheeran's hit "Everything You Are."

Considering that Hyland did find "another one," perhaps, Prokop might be having trouble moving on.

The actress is currently dating her Vampire Academy co-star Dominic Sherwood. She is also on the cover of Seventeen's May 2015 issue where she talked about her past health problems.

"I was born with so many health issues that doctors told my mother I would never have a normal life," the 24-year-old revealed via News.com. "And she said, 'You're right, she won't- but it won't be because of her health.'"

"When my mother told me that story, it resonated with me: if I can't have an ordinary life, I might as well have an extraordinary one," she continued. "If you set your mind to something, you'll achieve it."

Hyland then opened up on vulnerability and the importance of moving forward.

"When you're feeling vulnerable, it can lead to doubt and second-guessing," she said. "It will steer you away from your goals and your happiness. Once you have a goal, keep moving forward- even if you're taking baby steps."
