This season of Ink Master is about to be the most outrageous competition yet.

'Ink Master' Season 6 Contestants Express Their Excitement On Social Media

On Tuesday, Spike TV shared a promo for the next season as the new tattoo competitors battle each other to win the ultimate prize. Audiences are going to want to be prepared since judge Dave Navarro says "this is probably the strongest season of artists we've ever had."

The video then introduces the contestants starting with Big Ceeze who's been doing tattoos for 17 years. His apprentice is Kito Talbert who promises that his presence in this race will count. Both of them sound pretty confident that they can beat each other as Ceeze makes it clear that he will not hold his breath if his apprentice has to go home.

'Ink Master' Season 6 Gets Official Premiere Date

Then there is Erik Campbell who is up against Marisa Laren. These two seem to have high hopes for each other's talent and might actually become friends in the race. But of course, they have their own agendas on how they plan to win so who knows how their connection will go down.

Oliver Peck, one of the judges of the series, pointed out how the master and the apprentice can have a black and white relationship- they can either become great friends or total enemies.

This leads into a nasty argument when one artist tells his competitor that his strategy is "stupid."

Ink Master Season 6 premieres on Tuesday, June 23 at 10 p.m. ET on Spike TV.
