As she continues to fight back against claims of being too thin, the Fashion Police host took to social media, where she shared a photo of her thin frame in a skimpy bikini, telling fans she was "on top of the world."

Rancic has long been known for her thin frame, but in recent months, following a couple of shocking red carpet appearances, the criticism regarding her figure has increased, leading her to address the topic during an interview with PEOPLE Magazine in their April 13 issue.

"I do not have an eating disorder. I never have had an eating disorder," Rancic insisted, according to a report by E! News. "In fact, I eat a lot. People love to tweet, 'Eat a burger.' I eat burgers! It's not working!"

Speaking to the magazine, Rancic claimed it was her cancer medication, which has caused her to lose "a considerable amount of weight."

"It's very scary to have cancer and be on medication. Then to start losing weight, I thought, 'Oh, my gosh. Is the cancer back?'" Rancic recalled. "I went to my doctor and he said, 'A side effect from the medication you're on is weight loss.'"
