5 Things We Want To See On The Final Season Of "Return To Amish'

No official reason was given by TLC, High, or anyone else from the group about why Sabrina wouldn't be back, prompting rumors she was having trouble after giving birth to her daughter, Oakley, last year. However, Sabrina has since spoken out on Facebook to refute that rumors, revealing her true tragic reason for why she was no longer a part of the show.

'Bottom line is, I was raped by someone I trusted and I tried to destroy myself because I didn't love me anymore I thought it was my fault," she wrote. "I let it control my life and ruin my life and I tried to heal the pain with substance abuse. Some other things happened as well and I'm still learning and growing and I have a long way to go. Please don't ask any more questions and if you don't have nothing nice to say then don't bother saying anything at all. THAT'S the truth."

There has been no other comment from anyone else from the show since her revelation, but High's social media activity does appear to suggest that she did go through a hard time following what tragically happened to her. After posting a photo of herself and her daughter's father in her Facebook page last August, she disappeared from the page, not posting again until last month, sharing first a photo of her daughter, and then a poem about fighting addiction.

Our thoughts are with Sabrina as she continues to recover from the tragic events that have surrounded her.

Breaking Amish: Return to Amish airs Sundays at 10 p.m. on TLC.
