ABC Family has a new series airing tonight, June 2 that is the network's first ever procedural drama.

Stitchers follows Kirsten Clark (Emma Ishta) who is a young, extremely intelligent woman attending Caltech as a graduate student that gets recruited by a covert government agency to be "stitched" into the minds of the recently deceased. She will be able to use the deceased individuals' memories to investigate murders and decode mysteries that otherwise would have gone to the grave with them.

Also starring in this new ABC Family series is Kyle Harris (most known for his role on The Carrie Diaries) as Cameron Goodkin who is noted as "a brilliant neuroscientist" in a press release from the network.

He exudes passion for the "stitching" program, which is headed by Maggie Baptiste (Salli Richardson-Whitfield) who is a skilled veteran of covert operations.

Linus Ahluwalia (Ritesh Rajan) is also part of the program as a communications technician and bioelectrical engineer.

Kirsten's roommate Camille Engelson (Allison Scagliotti) also gets recruited into the program to help assist Kirsten in her role as a "stitcher" since she is noted as "a gifted computer science grad student."
