Kim Richards Faces Another Dog Attack Lawsuit

Ahead of production on season six, a new report claims Bravo has had enough of Richards' unpredictable behavior, and decided to cut ties.

“It was decided this morning at a meeting that Kim is not being asked back on the show because of her failure to communicate everything with her bosses,” a network insider revealed to Radar Online on Wednesday.

Following the airing of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' fifth season earlier this year, Richards suffered a relapse, and was arrested at the Beverly Hills Hotel. After being charged with public intoxication, resisting an officer and battery on an officer, Richards checked into rehab, but her stay was short-lived.

At the end of last month, Richards, who has been deemed a “liability for the show,” left rehab to attend the wedding of her daughter, Brooke Brinson, and failed to return in a timely manner to complete her program.

“When Kim went missing in action she refused to answer calls of anyone from the network for the entire time. They had to find out about her entering rehab again from a family member,” the source explained. “They decided that it was time to let her go because there was a lack of communication, and they are glad to see her go. Finally, they can no longer be held accountable for her misconduct.”

Richards has since returned to Los Angeles, and is currently in rehab.
