Brooks Ayers has been accused of faking his cancer diagnosis on The Real Housewives of Orange County.

Brooks Ayers FIghts Back Against Fake Cancer Allegations

During Monday night's episode, Ayer and his girlfriend, Vicki Gunvalson, jetted of to Mexico, leaving many of their co-stars scratching their heads. Meghan King Edmonds, in particular, wondered how Ayers was able to go on vacation amid chemotherapy treatments. On Twitter, Ayers once again defended his diagnosis.

Why Is Tamra Barney Questioning Brooks Ayers' Cancer Diagnosis?

After Monday's episode of The Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 aired, Edmonds took to her blog, where she questioned Ayers' cancer.

“I’m a little green with envy that Vicki and Brooks can jet off to her place in Mexico… However, I was a bit shocked to learn that Brooks is in the midst of his chemo and is going to Mexico," she wrote. "Some kind of physical strength he must have to be able to do that. Maybe it’s from all his holistic juicing and vitamin ‘cancer cures.’“

Although Edmonds hasn't had cancer herself, she often doubts Ayers diagnosis because of her first-hand experience with the illness. As she's explained on the show, her husband's ex-wife is currently suffering from cancer, and her illness appears much different than that of Ayers.

The Real Housewives of Orange County season 10 airs Mondays on Bravo at 9 p.m.
