After reportedly enterring the facility on May 21, the Teen Mom 2 star, who was recently divorced from her husband of three years, Jeremy Calvert, returned home, and immediately shared several photos of her three girls.

"Leah Messer wrapped up a stint in rehab on Sunday, June 21," a source confirmed to Us Weekly. "The 23-year-old reality star had entered a facility due to stress and depression earlier this month. During her stay in rehab, her divorce from second husband Jeremy Calvert was finalized, giving Messer custody of the pair's daughter, Adalynn, 2, while Calvert will have visitation rights. Messer is also mom to twins Ali and Aleeah, 5, with her ex Corey Simms."
