Toni Braxton’s heartfelt post for her younger sister and WeTV Braxton Family Values co-star Trina Braxton suddenly turned ugly when a fan got involved.

It started when Toni gave a shoutout to Trina on Father’s Day. She commended the "Party or Go Home" singer for stepping into the father role. Trina and her now ex-husband Gabe Solis went through a terribly ugly divorce.

While Toni was most likely just trying to be supportive for her younger sister who was going through an extremely difficult time during the split, many fans called her out for taking away from actual fathers who are there for their children.

But it was one follower in particular who Toni decided to clap back with.

They wrote, before quickly snatching down their comments, “can you teach your son how to shave his face? Can you explain to him why he’s having certain feelings? Can you demonstrate how to be a great man? Can you tell him stories about your childhood as a young boy? No. No woman can be a dad. Just be happy to be a mom. Plus, that boy has a dad anyway.”

Apparently Toni felt a way about those comments and classily responded, “well, Trina does both so I guess she proved you wrong luv.”

The fan then pointed out the obvious and asked if Trina was a male.

Toni responded, “are you?”
