As Lind continues to deal with his ongoing legal drama, which includes an arrest for domestic stalking, Houska learns her ex-boyfriend has filed for joint custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Aubree.

"Guess who wants 50/50 custody?" Houska asks in a new sneak peek of season six, via MTV.

"I'm gonna walk out of the court room with custody," Lind later announces.

Although the outcome of the couple's custody battle wasn't revealed during the Teen Mom 2 preview, things don't appear to go well with their arrangement in the scenes that follow.

"Dad promised me I would go to his house," Aubree tells her mom.

Later, Houska alleges, "He's manipulating my child."

According to a Radar Online report in March, the former couple attended a custody hearing earlier this year in South Dakota's Lincoln County.

"Adam served Chelsea with papers in January, wanting unsupervised visits with Aubree and to be able to drive in the car with her,” a family insider told the site. “Both Chelsea and Adam went to court on Monday about his request.”

During the hearing, Radar alleged, Houska took the stand and brought up claims of Lind's steroid use, which he denied.

“The judge said Adam has to go 6 months without any arrests or trouble before he will even think about changing the visitation,” the insider revealed.

Teen Mom 2 season six premieres on MTV on Thurs., July 9 at 10 p.m.
