Glanville and Vanderpump started off as friends on the series, but had a falling out during the show's fourth season. During filming, Glanville accused Vanderpump of manipulating her into confronting Kyle Richards with claims her husband, Mauricio Umansky, had cheated. She then alleged Vanderpump had manipulated other members of the cast, as well.

Then, during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, Glanville got physical with Vanderpump, jokingly slapping her in the face during a cast trip to Amsterdam. While Glanville's slap wasn't meant to hurt Vanderpump in any way, it certainly came as a shock to Vanderpump, and ended the women's relationship for good.

After Glanville alluded Vanderpump may have tried to get her fired, Vanderpump shot back with a tweet of her own.
