Although the Real Housewives of Orange County star's battle against Robert Williamson III continues, her boyfriend has scored a major legal victory, and will no longer be included in the lawsuit.

“The federal judge dismissed all of Robert Williamson III‘s claims against Brooks,” a source confirmed to Real Mr. Housewife on Thursday. “Williamson will now be a defendant in Brooks’s countersuit."

As for Gunvalson, the source explained, “The ruling in Vicki’s case is pending, but this has been a huge shift in the case. The ruling truly vindicates Brooks and shows that Robert is a con artist, not Brooks, as he was being labeled.”

According to court documents obtained by Radar Online, the judge on the case ruled Ayers presented “evidence that he in no way breached the contract through which this sale was made nor did anything else that would give rise to the claims Williamson alleges. None of this information has been contradicted by Williamson."

The judge also claimed, "There is no admissible evidence to show that Ayers was ever part of” the agreements Williamson made with Gunvalson.

Vicki Gunvalson and Brooks Ayers can be seen every Monday night in The Real Housewives of Orange County at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
