He appears to have suddenly changed how he feels about his transgender daughter, but the somewhat abrupt turnaround that Julius (Obba Babatunde) has made will cause him to be questioned by those around him on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Maya Confronts Her Parents

After initially being hostile when talking about Maya (Karla Mosley), and refusing to refer to her as a woman, he seemed ro change his tune when he saw Maya for the first time while at the Forrester Mansion. Now, after not only embracing her and saying he wanted to get to know her as Maya and not Myron, both his wife, Vivienne (Anna Marie Horsford) and his other daughter, Nicole (Riegn Edwards) will be highly suspicious.

"Why did you say those things to our girl?" Vivienne asks her husband in a preview clip for the Tuesday, July 14 episode.

Nicole Lashes Out At Julius & Vivienne

Julius may be able to explain his change of heart to his wife--but Nicole will be far more skeptical and less likely to believe her father doesn't have an ulterior motive. As a result, she will confront him about just how honest he may or may not be.

"Did you honestly mean everything that you said to her?" she asks in the clip.

Meanwhile, Maya will just be happy that her father has seemingly accepted her now, for the first time--and she will share her excitement over the situation with Rick (Jacob Young).

"I guess people can change, or ar least it seems that way," she says.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
