Kyle Richards has weighed in on Brandi Glanville's recent demotion, and her sister Kim's latest stint in rehab.

Although the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star has stayed fairly mum on the issues in the past, she spoke out during an event for the Charlotte and Gwenyth Grey Foundation last Wednesday.

"Well, you know, there's always changes every season, so we'll see," Richards said during an interview with Red Carpet Roxy. "There's also a lot of rumors out there that aren't true. There was some rumor that my sister Kathy was joining the cast. That is not true, not true at all... but there will be changes this season."

In June, it was reported that Glanville was demoted from full-time to part-time on The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and also reported that Richards' sister, Kim, had been fired following a slew of unfortunate events, which started with an alcohol relapse earlier this year.

As for how Kim is doing now, Richards said, "She's doing well. She's doing really good. She's taking care of herself and doing what she needs to do to be healthy."

Shortly after taping the interview with Red Carpet Roxy, Richards flew to Europe, where she attended the wedding of her niece, Nicky Hilton, and James Rothschild, and met up with Lisa Vanderpump to film the upcoming sixth season of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.
