Scorpion fans should look for the Walter and Paige will-they-won't-they drama to intensify as season 2 begins.

The series' freshman finale made no bones about explaining how the genius and his personable co-worker felt about each other, but while the audience knows what is happening, the pair has yet to reveal their feelings to each other. According to actress Katherine McPhee, the Waige relationship is just starting to take form.

"You kind of give an audience a little of what they're looking for, but they don't really get it because Walter didn't even know it happened," McPhee said of her character's bedside kiss. "I think the whole dynamic between Paige and Walter is really sweet."

Considering it's one of the drama's three burgeoning relationships, it may take some time for writers to really flesh out the couple's future. Walter (Elyes Gabel) and Paige are only just starting to explore their options.

"I enjoy playing that dynamic - struggling with her feelings for Walter and then him just being unaware but starting to become aware," McPhee teased. "It's a really fun dynamic; it's a great dynamic for the show."
