Forrester Creations is preparing to unveil perhaps their most inspirational line yet, but the show to premiere the California Freedom line to the world could wind up becoming a disaster on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Aly Struggles With California Freedom

There's been a lot of underlying tension amongst the staff of the company all related to personal dramas, and everything could come to a dramatic head during the show.

The first issue that could cause a problem could have something to do with Maya's (Karla Mosley) parents, specifically her father, Julius (Obba Babatunde) being in attendance. Though he has insisted he is trying to get to know and accept Maya as a transgender woman for the sake of putting his family back together, he could be thinking the show is a good time to try and prove to her that he will never accept her as a woman.

Julius Tests Rick's Commitment To Maya

"This is a very significant moment in our daughter's life," Vivienne (Anna Maria Horsford) says to him in a preview clip for the Friday, July 17 episode. "I don't know about you but I am so proud of Maya."

Meanwhile, all cooperation between Steffy (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) and Ivy (Ashleigh Brewer) could also cease after Liam (Scott Clifton) appears to finally make his choice between the two.

"You don't have to fight anymore," he says to Steffy in the clip.

However, the biggest drama to unfold could involve Aly (Ashlyn Pearce), who is thoroughly against everything the new line stands for--and is especially resentful against all the attention both Steffy and Maya seem to be getting. Now, as she continues to find herself persuaded by her perception of her mother's spirit--which has gone dark in a quest for revenge--she could make an unthinkable move to do what she feels is right.

"Aly, make it stop," Darla's (Schae Harrison) spirit cautions her in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
