The 2012 champions of "Dancing with the Stars: All Stars" were revealed tonight. After two hours of a live broadcast, the couple who won the most votes from viewers combined with the judges' scores was...

Melissa Rycroft and her dancing partner Tony Dovolani!

"Now they also have one, Melissa and Tony!" announced Dancing with the Stars co-host Tom Bergeron.

"The next thing I heard was Melissa and Tony and I took a minute and said did that just happened?" Melissa said about her reaction to the results tonight.

Melissa and Tony performed their last samba routine tonight and seemed shocked when they heard the results Tuesday night. The other contestants from the season who appeared on the finale seemed also in shock, apparently people were expecting Shawn Johnson and Derek Hough to take the trophy after they got the biggest cheers from the audience on the live finale results show tonight.

Nevertheless, Melissa and Tony were overjoyed. They hugged each other and jumped as they held the Mirror Ball Trophy. Among the three finalists, Melissa was the only one to never had won the competition in previous seasons.

Shawn Johnson and her dancing partner Derek Hough ended in second place and Kelly Monaco and Val Chmerkovskiy ended in third.

Derek cried after his last dance with Shawn tonight.

"She's been my little spark" Hough said crying. "She  made me gain confidence on myself."

"I mean it's a completely different experience for me the journey was amazing...and this guy is the most incredible man and is the most talented dancer out there," said Monaco.

Also tonight, the hosts asked Monaco and Chmerkovskiy if they were officially a couple but Monaco declined to answer and just said thei had a great "friendship." Val was more specific saying he felt "unconditional love for her," and said it doesn't necessarily needs to be called "girlfriend and boyfriend."
