The official documents of the lawsuit of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s estate against her longtime boyfriend Nick Gordon has been revealed and showcases details of what could have happened to Bobbi Kristina before her bathtub incident.

The lawsuit was just updated a couple of days ago and claims that Gordon is responsible for $10 million worth of damages as he is accused of “wrongful death” and giving Brown a “toxic cocktail” that knocked her unconscious; allegedly leading to her being found facedown in her bathtub and ultimately resulting in her tragic death on July 26.

The documents, obtained by USA Today Friday, also claim that Gordon was on drugs that fateful morning of Jan. 31. He is said to have returned to their condo in Roswell, Ga. at six in the morning. He was “out all-night on a cocaine and drinking binge.”

It also claims that Gordon was very controlling and went as far as putting cameras up to track Brown’s movements and even tuned in to her conversations.

The two got into an altercation that began in the kitchen before they made their way through the living room and eventually to the master bedroom. Gordon called out Brown because he thought she was cheating on him and listed names of the men he thought she was stepping out with. They got into a screaming match for roughly a half hour just moments before “everything abruptly became quiet.”

According to the lawsuit that’s when Gordon “gave Bobbi Kristina a toxic cocktail rendering her unconscious and then put her face down in a tub of cold water causing her to suffer brain damage.”

Interestingly enough, they weren’t the only ones in the home.

Apparently Gordon went to get comfort from another woman who was in the home and told her, “Now I want a pretty little white girl like you.”

Brown was discovered less than 20 minutes later. For some reason a dust pan was also found at the bottom of the tub. Her mouth was swollen and a tooth was hanging down, prompting speculation that Gordon knocked out her teeth.

Gordon then came into the bathroom and commanded everyone to help him “clean up.”

Brown was rushed to the hospital shortly after. She spent roughly three months in a coma before being taken to a rehab facility. Just weeks later, Brown was transferred to a hospice center where she passed away.

The lawsuit, filed by Bedelia C. Hargrove proclaims, “we will continue to pursue justice for her. I have filed today an amended complaint against Nicholas Gordon adding a count for wrongful death and for pain and suffering. We will leave no stone unturned in seeking justice for Bobbi Kristina Brown."

Gordon’s legal team has responded and said there is no truth to the claims in the lawsuit.
