The Blacklist's Post Office team has gone up in flames, but the NBC cast is sitting pretty in new season 3 promo shots.

The tables have turned for Liz Keen. Once the FBI's darling, the former profiler has lost her titles and law enforcement accouterments. Now on the run, Liz will dive into underworld Red and Tom are so adept at navigating.

"We kind of blew up the format," series creator Jon Bokenkamp told The Wall Street Journal. "It's not like Red sits down on a park bench with Liz and says 'Here's the Blacklister that I want you to go catch.' That's not what the show is when we come back. They are on the run and they are fugitives."

This change, however, gives viewers a chance to see how Red really operates. Previously, the majority of his criminal machinations happened off screen. Now that Liz is in the thick of it, she will have front row tickets to the master criminal's process.
