'CSI: Cyber' Season 2: A New Job For Avery? Premiere Plot Revealed

Despite a several month time jump, Avery will still find herself haunted by "Family Secrets" when Cyber premieres it's second season, and rightly so. As the team prepares to undergo a hiring shakeup, Ryan's dreams will be troubled by more than just whether or not she should try for Sifter's job.

"She's having nightmares associated with that event [from the finale] and all the things it pulled out," executive producer Pam Veasey informed TV Guide.

The season 2 premiere does not yet have a title, but CBS released a summary that you can read below:

"[Russell] joins Avery and her team as they track down the most dangerous cyber criminals, beginning with the hacking of a home security system that turns into a homicide investigation," CBS teased. "Also, Avery considers moving to a new position within the hierarchy of the FBI, Krumitz is a witness in his sister's trial, Elijah deals with a delicate family situation and more is revealed about both Nelson's and Raven's backgrounds."
