The second Powerball lottery winner of last week's record $577.5 million prize came forward to claim half of the prize in Arizona.

The winner - reportedly a family in Arizona - opted to take a cash option of $192.5 million. The ticket was purchased at a convenience store in Fountain Hills, Arizona, northeast of Phoenix, according to the Arizona Lottery Friday.

However, the winner "declined participation" in a press conference at 5 pm Friday.

The name or address of the winning family will not be revealed during the news conference today, according to the Associated Press, but eventually it will be made public under Arizona's laws.

Today Arizona's lottery will provide details on when the winners purchased the ticket and how they reacted to the news.

On Nov. 30, Mark and Cindy Hill from Missouri claimed their $136.5 million prize after taxes.

The jackpot was teh largest in Powerball history.
