The UFC makes its return to the Fox network with an action filled card that will feature Ben "Smooth" Henderson duking it out with Nate Diaz for the lightweight title at the Key Arena in Seattle, Wa. on Saturday night.

The respective fight will be a sight to see for MMA fans, as both of the competitors appear to be evenly matched.  With Diaz and Henderson both considerably aggressive fighters with optimal stamina, the battle will surely be one spoken about for years to come.

Both of the grapplers are physically intimidating presences that have been known to control the tempo of their previous matchups.

"I'm going to fight him and beat him up," said Henderson while speaking at the weigh in show on Fuel TV Friday.

"Smooth" is coming off a successful title defense in Denver against Frankie Edgar earlier in 2012, as he prevailed via decision.  The outcome proceeded another decision victory in Japan, which secured him his current title.

While Edgar was more of a wrestler and counter-attacker, Diaz prefers to directly attack his opponents, which doesn't have Henderson too concerned.

"I prepared the same for this fight as opposed to my first fight and my 10th fight and my last fight.  It's all the same.  I'm going to beat him up and win the fight," Henderson added.

In other UFC action, Mauricio "Shogun" Rua will duke it out with Swedish prospect Alexander Gustafsson in the co-main event.

The card will also feature the return of B.J. Penn, who will come out of retirement to get revenge on GSP training partner Rory MacDonald in a Welterweight division fight.

Last but not least, Matt Brown will square off against Mike Swick in what should be a slugfest.
