Since wrapping up their gigs in Texas, the band headed back to California and more specifically Los Angeles as they prepare for their performance this weekend at the Teen Choice Awards 2015 at the Galen Center.

Aside from prepping for their live performance at the awards show, they have been just enjoying the mini break from touring since they really have been going nonstop.

Bassist Calum Hood actually went to show support for their tour opener and Hi Or Hey Records' label mates in Hey Violet since they had their own headlining show in West Hollywood at The Troubadour Thursday night.

Hey Violet went on at around 9 p.m. and in their set they included their song "I'm There," which Hood actually took a short video of and shared on his Twitter.

Hood praised the four-piece pop/punk band for their great headlining performance.

He noted that "I'm There" happens to be "one of my favourite songs of theirs."

"They were TIGHT," he added, beaming about their stage presence.

The day prior, Hood admitted to feeling under the weather on Twitter, but it is nice that he still went out to support his friends.
